1. Access and Use
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing materials, and other information we may send. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the email.
3. Purchases
If you purchase a subscription or product (the “Purchase”) through the Service, you may be required to provide payment information. You represent that you have the legal right to use the provided payment method and that the information you provide is true, correct, and complete. We may use third-party services for payment processing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for any reason, including product or service availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
4. Order Cancellation
You can return Goods (items offered for sale) within 3 days of purchase, provided you’ve used less than 10,000 words and 5 generations. After that, your purchase is final, and you cannot receive a refund. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.
Subscription cancellation requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracy
We strive to update product and service information, but errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to change or update information and correct errors at any time without prior notice.
6. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
Contests, sweepstakes, or promotions (“Promotions”) may be governed by separate rules. Please review the applicable rules and our Privacy Policy before participating.
7. Subscription Term and Payment
The Service is provided on a subscription basis with set billing periods. You will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on your plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled by you or us. You agree to pay all applicable fees as set forth on the invoice.
8. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription for a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase, with the conditions mentioned in Section 4. Otherwise, your purchase is final, and you cannot receive a refund. You can cancel anytime, but cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-current subscription period. You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription fee. To cancel, email [email protected]. After cancellation, you will have access until the end of your subscription period, and then your documents will be deleted one month later.
9. Fee Changes
We may modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable prior notice to allow you to cancel your subscription before the change becomes effective. Continued use after the change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee.
10. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for a limited time. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up, but you will not be charged until the trial expires. On the last day of the trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee unless you cancel. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free trial offer at any time.
11. Content
You are responsible for the content you post on the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You warrant that you own the rights to the content you post or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and licenses as provided in this Agreement.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms or is otherwise objectionable. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content in connection with the Service.
12. User Accounts
When you create an account, you guarantee you are above 18 and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities or actions that occur under your account.
You may not use another person’s username, impersonate any person or entity, or use offensive usernames. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

High-Volume Content Creation: If your content generation needs involve creating hundreds of pieces within a few days, the standard plan might not be the best fit.

- Utilize OpenAI Key (Advanced Users Only): For experienced users comfortable managing their own OpenAI API keys, we provide the option to integrate your key with AISEOWriting.Tools. This approach offers greater control over resource allocation but requires technical expertise.
Important Note:
The decision to upgrade or use an OpenAI key rests solely with AISEOWriting.Tools. We reserve the right to recommend the most suitable option based on your usage patterns and the capabilities of our standard plans.
